General situation General Situation Henan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau is the organization set up in Henan province and directly governed by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ). As a foreign-related economic and administrative supervision and law enforcement department, Henan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau shoulders the quarantine of entry-exit animals and plants of Henan, the inspection and appraisal of import and export commodities of Henan, treatments of disinfect ion and disinfestations for frontier health, health care for international travel and authentication and certification services, etc. It fulfills a good many of important responsibilities, such as defending our national interests, safeguarding the health of people, protecting industrial and agricultural production and the security of ecological environment. Henan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau has 7 subordinate bureaus, which are respectively set up in Nanyang, Luoyang, Jiaozuo, Anyang, Luohe, Shangqiu and Xinyang. It also establishes 3 offices at Zhengzhou Airport, East railway station of Zhengzhou and Export Processing Zone of Zhengzhou. All cadres and workers of Henan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau are nearly 500persons in total.
